Friends of the Windsor Library are hosting an art show featuring art inspired
by Emily Dickinson.

Nora Wilkins, Professor at Sonoma State University and Santa Rosa Junior
College, will lead a book discussion in English and Spanish on the life and
works of Emily Dickinson.

Following the Brown Bag Book Club
discussion a "symposium" (using the Greek definition of a
gathering for convivial conversation), moderated by Sonoma County
poet Pat Nolan, will be held to discuss the uniqueness of Dickinson's
poetry and the influence of her work on subsequent generations of
American woman poets.
