7.2 Resolution to increase overdue fines for adult materials (Attachment)
Resolution to increase the overdue fine for adult materials from $.25 per item per day to $.30 per item per day and to increase the overdue fine maximum for adult materials from $10.00 per item to $12.00 per item; both changes effective July 1, 2004 (Attachment)

7.3 Two-part proposal regarding library forum rooms (Attachment)
A. Resolution to eliminate the charge to non-profit groups for the use of library forum rooms and
B. Resolution to eliminate use of the forum rooms by for-profit entities;
