UPDATE: Wed. May 27 5 p.m. – Rohnert Park – Cotati Library reopening now.  Rohnert Park-Cotati Regional Library will be closed Wednesday morning, May 27,  due to a planned power outage.  The Library will open when PG&E is finished with their work and restores electric power, expected by mid-afternoon Wednesday.
