Profile
A teacher since 1969, Steve Boga began writing in 1977. He first focused on fiction before turning to memoir and biography. He began to interview and profile world-class adventure athletes--climbers, long-distance runners and cyclists, speed skiers, etc. He has profiled more than sixty such athletes and authored 40 books, including "How to Write Your Life Stories: Memoirs that People Want to Read." He teaches English at Santa Rosa Junior College.
