The librarian will be able to "chat" with you in real time and send you web pages via your browser while you are talking. Type your question in the column at the right. The librarian will respond to your question and may ask you questions about the type of information you are seeking. Most questions can be answered in less than 10 to 20 minutes. You can also send pages to your librarian by clicking on the page's links.

  • Mozilla, AOL browsers and WebTV are not supported.
  • Mac support is limited. The service can send you web pages but not actually escort you through them.
