Digital Magazines Made Available to Sonoma County Library Cardholders

Effective December 6, 2016, Sonoma County Library is pleased to announce the availability of Zinio for Libraries for its cardholders.  Zinio for Libraries provides a quick and easy way for users to read digital copies of over 160 magazines on any device with a valid library card.

"We're excited to offer this innovative, convenient service," stated eResources & Discovery Specialist Rauno Saarinen.  "The passage of Measure Y has made Zinio possible. We look forward to growing our collection of digital services even more.  With Zinio, you can access over 160 magazines that can be easily viewed on any internet-enabled device inside or outside the library," notes Saarinen.

Zinio operates on a number of platforms including iOS, Android, Windows, and Kindle Apps. With an array of magazine offerings, cardholders can browse through titles in a number of genres including magazines for men, women, news-based, science & technology, entertainment, sports, travel, art & photography, to name a few.

Don’t have a library card yet? Library cards may be obtained by visiting any one of Sonoma County Library’s 15 branches with a current identification or you can obtain an eCard online to immediately start using our online resources, like Zinio.
