Sonoma County Reads is a community reading program that encourages residents to join together in the shared experience of reading and discussing the same book.

Since 2002, Sonoma County Reads has been a community partnership between organizations including Sonoma County Library, Santa Rosa Junior College, Sonoma State University, the Sonoma County Office of Education, KRCB North Bay Public Media, Creative Sonoma, and Copperfield's Books, and many other participating County businesses, foundations, and community organizations. Each year, these programs include special author events, book discussions, and more.
