This year, join us in reading To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. Events at the Library during September and October will include book discussions and film screenings. 

Book Festival


Come enjoy a full day of fun at the Sonoma County Book Festival in downtown Santa Rosa on Saturday, September 20 from 10 a.m - 5 p.m. Author events take place at Courthouse Square, the Central Library, and other off-site locations within walking distance. Chocolate and Cinema

Order your tickets now for Chocolate and Cinema - the annual fundraising event in October for the Sonoma County Public Library Foundation. Support the Library while enjoying tasty chocolates and a movie at the Rialto Cinemas Lakeside in Santa Rosa. 

Poetry Slam

Friday Evening Poetry Slam returns for 2008 - 2009 with Emcees -GO and Armando Garcia-Dávila Slam begins at 7 p.m. (doors open 6:45) at a different library each month.
