Request for Proposals from Qualified Consultants for a
Comprehensive Operational and Organizational Analysis
Sonoma County Library (SCL) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a
comprehensive operational and organizational analysis of our 12 regional libraries and 2 community library locations.
Proposals will only be accepted electronically, via email to Dara Bradds, Deputy Director.
Proposals are due via email no later than Friday, July 10, 2026, 5:00pm PST.
