Evac Packs at Library Branches
Evac Packs are available, while supplies last, at your local Sonoma County Library via Curbside Pickup or an in-branch visit.
The Sonoma County Department of Emergency Preparedness’s Evac Pack contains a Personal Emergency Plan template for use in planning for disaster. The plan has space to fill in important information like meeting places, emergency contacts, medical needs, and more. Also included is an information sheet, tips for power shutoffs, and a check list for evacuations.

Santa Rosa Firefighter Story Hour
Join your local firefighter for a special reading of Plan and Prepare! by Charles Ghigna and check out one of the fire department's special emergency vehicles! For grades K-3. Available at three library locations: Central Santa Rosa, Roseland, and Northwest Santa Rosa.
What's In Your Go Bag?
Be prepared for the next disaster! The Sonoma County Department of Emergency Management breaks down what items should be in your go bag. Available at seven library locations: Sebastopol, Rohnert Park-Cotati, Petaluma, Roseland, Guerneville, Central Santa Rosa, and Rincon Valley.

Join us for an interactive Disaster Preparedness presentation and learn 5 simple steps you can take to make sure you and your loved ones are safe during a disaster. Available at four library locations: Guerneville, Roseland, Central Santa Rosa, and Sonoma valley. Advance registration required; events presented in Spanish.
