Emergency Hotlines

  • Rapid Response (North Bay Rapid Response Network) (707) 800-4544
    24-hour hotline to call in event of federal immigration raid. The Network will dispatch trained legal observers to the raid location, provide legal defense to affected communities, and offer accompaniment to impacted people and families following a raid.

    Services include immigration emergency preparation, legal assistance with guardianship, protective orders, housing, employment and health, and disaster relief.

    Provides legal representation to immigrants during criminal proceedings. They strive to accurately advise their clients about immigration consequences when they have contact with the criminal court systems.

    Offers immigration application assistance, affirmative family-based petitions, humanitarian applications, citizenship education programs, representation at immigration interviews, know-your-rights workshops, and notary services.
