Suggest a Purchase

April 10 - early Fall

  • No new suggestions accepted during the time that ordering is limited

New Titles

June 15 - August 15

  • No new physical materials are being ordered
  • New digital titles are still being ordered

LINK+

July 1 - Mid September

  • No new LINK+ requests
  • No renewals of LINK+ items

Extended Checkouts

June 29 - July 26

  • Extended loan period of 42 days (6 weeks) instead of standard 21 days

No New Holds

July 13 - August 4

  • No new hold requests for physical materials from July 13 – August 4.

Internal Library System Down

July 27 - August 5

  • No check ins
  • No new library cards can be issued

Public Catalog

July 27 - August 4

  • Browse only searching
  • Catalog search will be available but not up to date
  • Patrons cannot log into their account
  • Hold and renewal requests will not be available

August 5 - 23

  • Temporary public catalog available

eResources

July 27 - August 5

  • Patrons with existing accounts will be able to access digital titles directly from eResources providers
  • No new Libby or Hoopla accounts can be created during this time

Library App

July 27 - August 24

  • Offline and completely unavailable
